Challenge
Cadent required principal inspections of multiple pipe-bridge structures across its gas transmission network as part of a five-year inspection cycle. The assets, some spanning over water, presented significant access and safety challenges.

Amrose Associates deployed qualified structural engineers supported by rope access specialists to deliver safe and detailed inspections of difficult-to-reach areas.
Our engineers carried out NDT thickness testing to monitor corrosion levels and recorded structural defects, security features, and environmental impacts in line with Cadent’s strict procedures.
We ensured that each inspection aligned with Cadent’s asset management framework, providing consistent and auditable reporting across all sites.
